Culture

We believe that cultural and ideological diversity leads to creative and unique design solutions. Celebrating the unique background and experience of each individual, we strive to build a culture of trust where open communication and diverse opinions are welcome.

Our initiatives in learning and development; equity, diversity, and inclusion; wellness; and community investment are dedicated to uniting our organization, enriching the lives of our colleagues, and improving the communities in which we serve.

We're counting down to a momentous milestone as we approach the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Augusta Co. Courthouse in Virginia. After decades of planning and multiple referendums, Augusta County citizens will finally have a new, four-story facility designed to support their needs. Our team is thrilled to celebrate alongside esteemed officials and our valued teaming partners on March 15!

Designing Solutions

As a multidisciplinary firm with an interdisciplinary approach to design, we welcome every challenge with creativity and a penchant for problem-solving.

Access to affordable housing is crucial for communities and their members to thrive. Affordable housing developers and their design teams are tackling this issue using initiatives like the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program.

Dive into our Developer's Guide, "Funding Affordable Housing Projects," for insights on leveraging these programs that help developers invest in and build affordable housing communities. Link in bio.

The City of Richmond’s Public Art Commission (PAC) is committed to beautifying the built environment through various public art projects.

In support of this mission, the redesigned Fire Station 12, Richmond's oldest fire station, will feature public art installations from the work of several artists.

We're thrilled for the opportunity to design a facility that will both serve the community's needs and engage the imagination.
