Loch Lomond Elementary School
Prince William County Public Schools, Manassas, Virginia
Loch Lomond Elementary School opened its doors in 1961 to students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade classes. Plans for renovating and expanding the facility centered on addressing educational requirements and conceptualizing a new entrance. As a result, the design included locating the student and visitor entrance on the drop-off loop, which creates a welcoming and more pronounced front door to the school. New spaces include an activity room, an administrative/health wing, as well as nine classrooms. The existing media center was expanded and offers fully integrated technology and presentation systems.
