Located at the Science and Technology Park at Johns Hopkins, this 20-story high-rise graduate student housing facility was the single largest redevelopment project in Baltimore at the time of construction, transforming a total of 88 acres. As a pivotal piece in the success of the New East Neighborhood Revitalization, the vision was to provide housing for Johns Hopkins graduate students within a signature landmark building.

Designed to appeal to graduate students from all over the world, the 321 apartment units are offered as studio, one-, two-, and four-bedroom layouts. All have premium finishes with access to state of the art technology, exercise facilities, and a garden rooftop terrace. Facing the new neighborhood’s three-acre central green, the building’s location is within walking distance of the biotech research facilities and Johns Hopkins Hospital.
