College of Health Sciences Addition and Renovation

The College of Health Sciences at Old Dominion University consists of the schools of nursing, physical therapy, dental hygiene, community and environmental health, and medical and radiation sciences, all of which were provided with updated state-of-the-art laboratories. The renovation portion of the project included updating specialized spaces for a demonstration lab for nuclear medicine technology; a 36-chair dental hygiene clinic with six additional chairs for dental research; a dental materials lab; operating room/anesthesia simulation lab; wet labs for cytotechnology, hematology, and microbiology; and clinical physical therapy spaces.
